What does this mean for you? It means that our proven process assures you the peace of mind that we can complete your project on time, on budget and to your specifications. We’ve broken our winning system into 7 easy steps. You know what, where and when and we have a plan to execute against.

Step 1 – Property Inspection and Condition Assessment.
One of our professionally trained leads will complete a detailed property inspection and assess then document the condition of your home or business. Our report outlines the inspection results in an organized and user-friendly way. We assess then clearly report the damage and repair needs to your home or business while also providing a time-line for the repairs. Typically a property inspection can take about 1 hour and we can conduct the inspection with or without you at home or your place of business.

Step 2 – Filing your insurance claim.
Once we have completed the property inspection, now is the time to file your claim with the insurance company. When filing your claim it is a good idea to inform your insurance company that you will be working with Stio Roofing and Construction. It saves time if the insurance company knows who the roofing service contractor will be ahead of time.

Step 3 – Meeting with insurance adjuster.
This step can prove to be the most important part of the entire process. Insurance companies have their own policies and guidelines when assessing property damage. These can be very confusing, especially to someone who doesn’t deal with these types of issues every day. We can assist you during this step by attending the meeting and standing behind and supporting our assessment of your properties damage and the resources it will take to restore it to its original beauty. This meeting will determine the insurance company’s position of the damage, and will also initiate the financial process of your claim. Typically this process can take 1-2 hours. You can attend the meeting or one of our team experts can attend on your behalf.

Step 4 – Material Selection.
The next step is fun because you get to select the materials and colors to be used in your restoration project. Whether your home or business, this meeting is important because we can help educate you on the many types of materials available and discuss the warranties associated with each material. We also have the ability to prepare a digital rendering of your proposed selections if this will help in your decision making. When we’re finished you’ll feel confident that you’ve made the best material choices for your home or business and have the peace of mind with a full understanding of the warranties and installation process.
Once your color and material selections have been made, your project is placed on our production schedule for completion. This meeting can take about 45 minutes to complete depending upon the size of the restoration project.

Step 5 – Restoration Begins.
The next step is the actual repair and restoration process itself. Materials may begin arriving at your home or business before we begin work and may continue to be delivered over the course of the project. In all projects we have a sanitation container/roll-off bin delivered to the project site for the removal of old material and debris from the project. Once our team arrives the team lead will communicate directly with you on time-lines and be available to answer any queStions or address any specific issues you may during the restoration process.

Step 6 – Clean-up and Completion.
Once your restoration project is completed our team will make sure no detail is left unfinished. Our goal is to leave your home looking better than it did before we arrived. We take great pride in “finishing” the job, it just makes the exterior work we’ve done look that much better. Our team will make sure your yard and landscaping are completely free of debris.

Step 7 – Acceptance.
Once your restoration project is completed the team lead or your sales associate will come to complete the final inspection of work with you. If all meets with your approval then the Project Acceptance form is signed and we present you with your warranty documentation. Stio Roofing and Construction offers a 10 year Labor Warranty on all roofing projects in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty. Again, providing the peace of mind you deserve!
